Development specific information is provided to demonstrate the usage of the PTV xServer technology with different programming languages and other important instructions. The principles of web services and the programming guidelines are documented as well as the creation of development projects in different programming environments: .NET, Java and JavaScript. Furthermore, the PTV xServer API, as the central element of this manual, is added in this chapter.
